Sorry to hear that! There are a few things you can try; shallots, onions
or garlic chives sometimes work for people depending on the type of
allergy. I have also heard that a pinch of a spice called Asafetida added
to recipes can sometimes work. This is available online or in ethnic,
African, Asian or Indian markets. Use sparingly as it is very intense! Let
us know how this works.
