Hi Libby,
Tempeh is perishable so shipping it might get a little pricey. That may also depend on how much you buy. Check online! If you have any Asian markets nearby they may also stock it. I use a few brands, all organic. Soyboy, Lightlife and storebrand by Wholefood. Hopefully your grocer can find a supplier and carry Tempeh for you. Check in and let us how how you fare! Thanks for writing and good luck.

I can not find tempeh anywhere at all where I live. Is there a place online that sells it?
I have only been able to find one website, and they only sell it flavored with garlic.

Yes, you can add additional Nori flakes to the tempeh. Nori flakes or powder (available in most markets) will add more flavor than chopped seaweed sheets. Add a little at a time and taste as you go along.

Tempeh with Sea Vegetables is not available anywhere in my area. Could I just add more nori?
