I'm wondering what size pressure cooker you are using? I'm not sure mine is large enough to hold all that... Thanks!
Lots of good choices for electronic pressure cooker. Instant Pot has a steel bowl instead of a nonstick if that's an issue.
Thanks Jeannie and Charlene! This soup was quite amazing and fast. We're so glad you like the show. New episodes are in the making.
I actually went out and immediately bought the electric pressure cooker when I saw yours on the show. I am definately making this recipe next time I go to store to get all the ingredients. Been wanting a pressure cooker for a while and surprised that it was not that expensive. Found mine at Costco. Thanks for sharing your recipes with us.
Just caught the last part of this show. I'm not a vegan, but am trying to eat healthier and am going to give this one a try. I love making soups. Have to get myself an electric pressure cooker. You just got a new viewer.
