- Small Flour Tortillas
- Hummus
- Salsa
- Scallions
- Or your favorite toppings
- On a wheat tortilla spread the hummus.
- Lay it in a low medium heated fry pan.
- Add the salsa & scallions or toppings of your choice.
- Cover with another tortilla.
- Heat for two minutes and flip.
- Heat for two more minutes and serve whole, or cut in half,
- Or triangles for a crowd.
